El guitarrista y armonicista Joaquín Rubio, nacido en Huércal-Overa y formado en el Taller de Músics y la ESMUC de Barcelona, presenta Flamenco Reunión, un concierto donde confluyen el flamenco, el jazz y los ritmos latinos. A lo largo de su trayectoria, ha participado en workshops con músicos como Jorge Rossy, Peter Bernstein, Gilad Hekselman, Mark Turner o Antonio Serrano, desarrollando un enfoque musical abierto y en constante evolución.
Actualmente reside en Málaga .donde participa en diversos proyectos que van desde Jazz, música brasileña, Tango y grandes formatos colaborando recientemente con la Clasisjazz Big Band y la Banda sinfónica del Conservatorio superior de Málaga.

La armónica de Joaquín Rubio aporta un sonido lleno de expresividad y versatilidad, creando un puente sonoro entre las distintas influencias del grupo.
Un quinteto diverso que construye un espacio musical compartido desde la interacción, el mestizaje y el diálogo entre estilos.
